All Unibotanic pieces are made in limited pre-order batches.

 

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, or minor variations in colour, texture, or finish.

 

These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will review and assist accordingly.
